PEPP is partnering with the US. Census to get a complete count.
.jpg) .jpg)
Why is it important to Douglas County?
The census is important to our County, because it records statistical data that is used to state the needs of our community. This data is considered when deciding what assistance we qualify for in government assistance, grants, programs, and schools. Community based non-profits (PEPP) use this data when explaining the diversity and unique needs of our target population, which allows us to write for funding to support our projects and services. So that is why it is imperative that you contribute so we may continue to capture an accurate glance of our community.
